I use avocado oil for this recipe because it doesn't add any flavor.
Use your favorite barbeque sauce. Fresh squeezed OJ makes this super special.

ORANGE CHICKEN
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 pounds boneless chicken breast fillets - cut into cubes
- 3⁄4 cup flour
- 3 tablespoons Avocado Oil
- 2 navel oranges, zested and juiced
- 1⁄2 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoon lite soy sauce or tamari
Instructions:
- In a gallon-sized ziplock bag, add chicken cubes and flour. Shake vigorously until chicken is well-coated. Remove chicken and shake off excess flour.
- Add oil to a large skillet or wok, turn to medium heat, add cubed chicken and cook until cooked through.
- While chicken is cooking, combine, orange zest, orange juice, barbecue sauce and soy sauce in bowl or measuring cup. Whisk to combine.
- Add sauce mixture to skillet and toss to coat chicken. Cook on medium heat until sauce has thickened to desired consistency.
