Some time-saving tips/ingredients
- pre-cut chicken breast meat - do it when you get home from the grocery store or use Perdue Fresh Cuts Diced Chicken Breast
- fresh green beans in a microwavable bag - nearly every grocery store sells them now
- minced garlic in a jar
- 90 second rice - I like Uncle Bens' Ready Rice - white or brown basmati stir fry dishes is my choice.

Easy Chicken and Green Bean Stir Fry
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp avocado oil
- 1 lb skinless boneless chicken breast, bite-sized pieces.
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1⁄2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1⁄4 tsp cayenne pepper
- salt and black pepper (to taste)
- 1 bag microwavable fresh green beans
- 2 Tbsp coconut aminos
Instructions
- Combine oregano, ginger, minced garlic, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper in a small dish.
- Place chicken pieces in a bowl. Sprinkle with spice mixture and mix well so all chicken pieces are well coated.
- Heat oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Stir fry chicken for about 5-7 minutes, until browned and cooked through.
- During the final few minutes of chicken cooking time is cooking, steam green beans in microwave for 2 minutes.
- Add in green beans, coconut aminos to chicken and cook stirring frequently for another 3 minutes
